The file is comprised of a collection of typed and duplicated copies of correspondence mainly between E.C. Chambers of the Board of Education and Reverend Charles E D Dawson concerning proposals for the college. There are also three plans for the college with an envelope marked "On His Majesty's Service" addressed to T F Dawson, [M Stanislaus Dawson RSM]

Stanislaus Dawson RSM, regarding admissions to the college by examination between 1912 and 1919; two completed forms showing the candidates for admission to the college, together with a list of students taking the science exam and the accompanying correspondence; and supplementary lists required for 1917 to 1919.
