Arrangement
The subseries arranged into five files. The arrangement has arisen from the organisation of the Board of education and its business with the college, hence the arrangements for the foundation of the college is the first contact with the board before the college began, admissions are in a separate file from Examinations for admissions. HMI reports, form a different file, finally, the arrangements during the two world wars were kept separately.
