Scope and Contents The file consists of a copy of a photograph of a Crimean war memorial in Lower Regent St. & Pall Mall. There are notes concerning the memorial the provenance of which is unclear for the notes are attributed to Sister Barbara Jeffery yet within the text acknowledgement goes to George P Landow for both text and photograph.
