The folder contains a typescript entitled 'Contribution of Sisters of Mercy to Nursing' by M. Imelda Keena RSM, Archivist. In the course of her writing, she collected research material (mostly photocopied): 'Mercy Healthcare Philosophy Ireland'; 'Mercy Healthcare' article; article about St Margaret's Hospital in Hammond, USA, dated 04 August 1988; 'Sisters of Mercy Health Corporation Philosophy and Mission' and 'A Procedural Handbook to assist in Undertaking and Implementing the Philosophy' by Sisters of Mercy Health Corporation (1983 and 1985, Michigan, USA).
