One dated 1901. Annotations on covers read "Sr M Bonaventure", "Sr M Philomena", "Sr M Imelda 1894", "Rosalinda G. Mentasti", "Elsie A. Hill Christmas 1921" and "Elsie with love from Cicely 1921".

Series consists of records acquired and accumulated by the Reverend Mother of the Bermondsey Congregation, dating from 1822 to 1980. The series consists of retreat notes, spiritual writings, Mass cards and indulgences, relics and their authentications, prayers and prayer cards, horaria, music scores, poetry, Mass booklets and a retreat menu. The series illustrates Mercy spirituality from foundation to the near present.
