Scope and Contents The file consists of a coloured framed photograph of the Convent in Abingdon and some of the grounds. The file also includes a photograph of "Joymount - the cottage at Northcourt, Abingdon - the first Convent of the Sisters of Mercy in Abingdon founded in 1860.
