On the reverse side of one card, pencil annotation reads "This Chapter is for Sr. M. Xavier's Final Profession."

Record of verbal examinations of Sisters carried out prior to clothing, temporary and final profession. Signed by the examining cleric.

The file consists of illuminated certificates written by the professing Sister. The verification signature of the certificates is occasionally at a later date than that of the formal certificate.
