The file consists of a handwritten volume of the minutes of the management committee of St Joseph’s Convalescents Home from 20 February 1893 to 24 May 1984;and notices of the meetings of the committee dated 14 and 21 January 1936 to appoint a new trustee; a deed of appointment dated 05 May 1970 for 'Mary Scully' [Sr M Joseph]; an annual report of accounts presented by the committee in 1982; and other forms and brochures used by the home.
