The file consists of three copies of the celebratory Mass booklet for 150th Anniversary of the founding of Bermondsey Convent from November 1839 to 18 November 1989; letters responding to an invitation sent by M. de Lourdes RSM to attend the Mass and meal; a list of clergy and important guests present at the celebration; cards of congratulations, photographs of the occasion; Mass intentions and thank you letters held in three envelopes; a telegram of support from Sisters in Crook; and 'The Mercy Messenger' newsletter issue 34 reporting on the celebrations. The file also includes a framed apostolic blessing of pope John Paul II dated 20 September 1989.
