Scope and Contents

The file consists of two certificates from the British Red Cross Society for an examination in Anti-gas training for M Josepha Lalor RSM living in Eltham, typed story of the day the rocket fell on the Bermondsey Convent, a transcript from The Universe newspaper of June 21 1957; a letter to sister Francis from G K Hanley an H.M.I. dated 06 03 45 expressing thanks that the sisters escaped injury on the day the bomb fell.
