Insurance certificate from Phoenix Assurance Co Limited of "Boot and Shoe Retailers' Saleshop situate No.188, High Street, Eltham, London S.E.9", insuring plate glass for 1935-1936. Insurance certificates from Law Union & Rock Insurance Co Ltd, covering Bermondsey, Whitstable and Eltham convents, and George Row cottages. War Risks Insurance for St Joseph's Convent, Whitstable, 1941. Correspondence regarding fire insurance with Fr. O'Riordan being responsible for diocesan materials whilst St Joseph's School was in use as a temporary church [Most Holy Trinity RC Church was bombed circa 1941].
