Correspondence with associated papers regarding property, including: the tenancy of two cottages in George Row, Bermondsey; the purchase of a warehouse in Yalding Road, Bermondsey; Chislehurst convent, including grazing rights; property in Royal Avenue, Chelsea SW3; numbers 186 and 188 and the Convent of Mercy, High Street, Eltham; boundary issues at Whitstable convent; and Worthing convent.
Other correspondence relates to stock and investment movements (under the care of Lord Robertson of Oakridge and Messrs. Keith Bayley Rogers and Co.), mortgage accounts statements, loans to named persons including mortgage interest certificates, the Charity Commission and tax inspectors.
An envelope contains Portfolio Valuations drawn up for Badhams by Keith, Bayley, Rogers and Co. on behalf of the Sisters, 1977-1983.
