Scope and Contents
The file consists of a large collection of letters from 24 January 1908 until December 1919 mainly between R G Mayor of the Board of Education and T F Dawson. [M Stanislaus Dawson RSM], principal of the college, concerning the admission, education and wellbeing of the students; and correspondence between R G Mayor and T F Dawson [M. Stanislaus Dawson] copied into an exam answer pad. The letters concern the attempts by the college to increase the number of their admissions. The file also includes the prospectus for the college circa 1960.
