Subfonds consists of records acquired and accumulated by the Sisters of Mercy on mission in Lima, Peru. They include correspondence; photographs; annals; records of community meetings and personal papers of Sisters, as well as examples of work created in the work shops by the people to for sale in Britain.

Sisters of Mercy in Lima, Peru, 1984-1989
Reports, correspondence, news articles and information compiled by the leadership of the Institute. The file also includes a copy of a photograph of sisters going to Peru for the first time in 1969 with sisters from Barnsley, Hunslet, Sheffield and Doncaster. The photograph was taken by Father Gerry Hanlon's brother, Leo. There are also photographs of the Sisters on the Leadership team visiting the Peruvian mission.
Sister's papers: Elizabeth Wright , 2011
The file consists of a gift from the people of St. Vincent's parish, Lima to Elizabeth Wright RSM for her homecoming and in thanks for her years of service to the people. Also included in the file is Sister Elizabeth's translation of the text from Spanish into English; two laminated photographs of the farewell ceremony; and a version of her hand written 'Ways of the Cross' dedicated to the suffering people of Peru.
Workshops, 1994
The file consists of many photographs of sisters, the work of the missions in Tupac Amaru and Villa Maria in Lima, the people of the barrios, and buildings. All these photographs are labelled, most were taken by Ellen Thomas RSM and Bernie Roche RSM who visited the mission in 1994, and show the work of Kate [Norah] Davey RSM, Agatha Ryan, Angela Mary Conway RSM, Brendan Finnane RSM and Elizabeth Wright RSM. Two of the photographs show Emmanuel Walsh RSM from her visit to Peru.
