Community diaries, 1970-1991
Scope and Contents
The file consists of diary logbooks containing financial and insurance information, special days, vocation days, holidays, pension numbers, retreats, appointments, transfers, daily, weekly and monthly events in the Bermondsey convent. With news articles pasted into some of the diaries. These diaries would have been the basis for the formal Bermondsey annals for the matching years. The file also contains typed extracts from the books from 1972 to 2007.
