Scope and Contents
The file consists of photographs received from students of the college and includes; a frosted image of M. Winifred Dawson RSM on card, labelled "Sr.Winifred Dawson RIP died at Clifford convent, belonged to Anlaby Road community" by Turner and Drinkwater, Regent House, Hull; a photograph of a fountain marked "Susan Bottery"; A photograph of a plaque marked "Clare Taylor"; two pages from an album with photographs of students, some of which are labelled; and a large leather-bound album of college students; children and staff of schools and religious processions. The inscription at the front reads 'This album was presented to the Principal by the students of the Hull Training College on the occasion of the feast of Stanislaus Dawson RSM. In the hope that it might be of service in keeping a record of students who pass through the college ...'. Also a photograph of a young woman with a dog , which is inscribed on the back 'Is this Mother Stanislaus Dawson as a girl?' added in pen is 'or her sister?' There are also a number of photographs from Mary Moore one marked 'Mary 1918, Endsleigh'
