Scope and Contents
The file consists of seven photographs of Mercy Banners from Sisters of Australia, South America, USA, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, the Philippines and the UK; photographs of a civic ceremony in which the Bishop is involved (the photographs are unlabelled). It can be seen that the venue is the City Treasury Department, Hull. also included is an album giving a photographic report on sisters at national and international events, including the 1952 International Congress of Religious; M. Ninian Martin RSM's Jubilee Mass; and the sisters at Walsingham. On the inside cover there is a note "This Album is to be kept in St. Monica's and may not be removed without very special permission."

Physical Description
Card, photograph, and board Sellotape used to secure the contents of one of the albums has aged and fallen away, and the hard binding on the other album has red rust and is now in tissue and supported with linen tape. Other photographs are clear and uncreased.
