Hull Mother House (Endsleigh, Anlaby Road), 1904-1995
Scope and Contents
The file consists of a large collection of photographs in two folders. 1. Twenty seven photographs of Endsleigh, mainly of the grounds and chapel; 2. Twenty four photographs of Endsleigh grounds, removed from a small album entitled "Memories of Endsleigh. Love and prayers from Raymond and Hilda." 3. Twelve photographs of Endsleigh and Wilton Street. 4. One photograph of St Mary's Grammar school and St. Mary's Wilton Street school and one large black and white photograph of Anlaby Road, with a small plan of Anlaby Road dated 1932. 5. Two albums of photographs one of which was labelled dating from 1900 to 1980 showing the Hull Community. 6. There is also a large framed black and White photograph of Endsleigh Convent and College. 7. #2019/06/13 was accessed on 25/02/2019 and was collected by Imelda Dent RSM and show sisters at Endsleigh 8. Accession #2019/06/13 a collection entitled the Last days at Endsleigh 1995, collected by M Imelda Dent RSM 9.Accession #2019/15/03 Photographs of St Mary's Wilton St, and Anlaby Road both before and after it was bombed in 1874 and 1941 respectively. 10. Early photographs of the Anlaby Road Convent community and Endselgh Community and Endseigh College.

Physical Description
Two of the older Albums have lots of sellotape and marks but the images are good. They have been removed from a plastic album which was in poor condition. The medium is photographs and card. Frame, metal and glass on the large photograph.
