Scope and Contents
The series consists of twenty two letters and one volume of letters from bishops consisting of permissions and daily business; fifteen letters from members of the clergy; nine documents in Latin; two bundles of letters from Sisters on missions in Kenya and Peru; The series also has one volume of letters, two fragments, twenty letters plus one bundle of letters to the Superiors of Hull community.

Arrangement
The series is arranged into five files: Bishops and clergy form the bulk of the letters and are arranged into two separate files; Latin documents are in a third file because some have no translation as yet; letters from the Sisters on the missions are in another file; and letters from other sources or from the Superiors are in Reverend Mother's file.
