The file is comprised of thanksgiving Mass booklets; and a typescript of a talk by Sr. Assumpta Walsh RSM given on 31 August 2011.

The file includes a Mass booklet for the 125th anniversary Mass for the foundation of the convent and school; two short outlines of the work of the sisters in Abingdon; an evening prayer sheet; the menu of the day; and an invitation with a leaflet from Christchurch, Northcourt in the parish of Abingdon.

The file consists of a folder created by Patricia Bell RSM containing booklets from the Mass of Thanksgiving held 31 May 2005 with a short history included at the back; an invitation to the Mass; newspaper articles; paperwork organising the celebrations; Sursum Corda, the magazine of St Mary's Cathedral, Newcastle, containing articles about the Mercy stained glass window and other 150th celebrations.

The file is composed of two copies of the Mass of Thanksgiving for the sesquicentennial anniversary of the sisters in Liverpool from 1843 to 1993; one invitation card to the celebration on 9 October 1993; and a booklet for the rite of consecration of an altar on 22 April 1970.
